1. Christmas Party bookings are available Monday to Saturday, afternoon and evening sessions.
2. Christmas party package is to be booked for a minimum party size of 4 people.
3. The party is to be booked at least 48 hours before the party date.
4. Full payment to be received a minimum of 48 hours before the party.
5. The bingo included in the package is for the 2-hour afternoon or evening main bingo session - Main Game, National Game, Flyers Lucky Stars, on Max it will include the 6 Ticket Package, you can upgrade to an 18 Ticket package for £5. Optional extras are available. Please check clubs session times & prices for start times.
6. Food from the party menu is required to be pre-ordered 48 hours before the party date. Please notify the club of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
7. On the occasions where special events are running, the club may charge a premium on these dates. The club will notify you of this at the time of confirming availability.
8. Table reservations may not be guaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
9. If any of your party (or your whole group) needs to cancel or amend the booking, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table or process a full refund for the individual (or the whole group). Refunds may take up to 20 days. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a full refund. Refunds may take up to 20 days.
10. If we have to cancel your booking due to local restrictions outside of our control, then we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of deposit and any additional pre-orders.
