Mecca Bingo - Christmas Scented Dabbers Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Introduction 

  • Mecca Bingo Christmas Scented Dabbers Gift Set Giveaway (the “Giveaway’’) is run by Mecca Bingo Limited with registered address Tor, St Cloud Way, Maidenhead SL6 8BN (“Mecca Bingo”/“Promoter”).
  • By entering the Giveaway, all entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions’’).

 

Eligibility 

  • The Giveaway is only available to UK residents over 18 and gift sets can only be shipped to UK addresses.
  • Employees of the Promoter (and/or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies), agents, suppliers and key subcontractors and their immediate families (parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents) and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

 

  • The Giveaway
  • A limited number of Mecca Bingo Christmas Scented Dabber gift sets (the “Prize”) will be made available on the Mecca Bingo shop. (www.meccabingoshop.com) free of charge, on a first-come-first serve basis.
  • The Prize will be available from Monday 25th November at 00:00 AM until stocks run out. 
  • The Prize will be limited to one gift set per person. 
  • Customers not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for the Giveaway.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to end the Giveaway before stock runs out.
  • While stocks last, the Prize will be provided free of charge, but the purchaser is responsible for paying all postage and packaging costs as outlined by the Promoter.

 

Product Use 

  • The products comprising the Prize are not ingestible and should be kept away from both eyes and skin. 
  • The products comprising the Prize should be kept away from children under the age of 18 without proper adult supervision.
  • Mecca Bingo does not assume any responsibility for damages as a result of improper use.

General 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Giveaway at any time in the event it becomes necessary to do so.
  • The Giveaway cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other Promoter offer. 
  • The Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. 
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to “The Giveaway” wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
  • The Giveaway will not form part of ongoing services offered by the Promoter.
