Mecca Bingo: Gavin & Stacey Promotion Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

  • Mecca Bingo ‘’Gavin & Stacey’’ Promotion (the “Promotion’’) is run by Mecca Bingo Limited with registered address Tor, St Cloud Way, Maidenhead SL6 8BN (“Mecca Bingo”/“Promoter”)
  • All entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions’’). 

 

Eligibility 

  • Employees of the Promoter (and/or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies), agents, suppliers and key subcontractors and their immediate families (parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents) and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

 

The Promotion 

  • From Monday 23rd December 2024 - Sunday 29th December 2024, individuals legally named Gavin or Stacey can enjoy one free main game of bingo at select Mecca Bingo venues. 
  • Main game refers to one set of free main game session paper books per person – by this we mean a book of up to 14 games (variable by club). This excludes additional ‘interval’ games and the National Bingo Game.
  • To claim the free main game, participants must present a valid form of identification at the venue. The ID must show that the participant’s first name is Gavin or Stacey,.
  • This promotion is exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older who are members of Mecca Bingo. Non-members can participate by signing up for membership on the day.
  • The promotion will be available at the following Mecca Bingo venues: 
    • Mecca Bingo Wrexham
    • Mecca Bingo Swansea
    • Mecca Bingo Southend
    • Mecca Bingo Harlow
    • Mecca Bingo Dagenham
    • Mecca Bingo Romford
  • For details of opening and session times over Christmas please check directly with venues. 
  • Each eligible participant may claim a maximum of one free main game during the promotional period.
  • Mecca Max players will receive an extra set of Main Game tickets for free when purchasing any Mecca Max package. Additional sets on Mecca Max charged at additional cost.
  • Optional bingo games and tickets are available to purchase at additional cost.
  • Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.

General 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to rearrange or cancel the activation at its discretion. The Promoter shall therefore assume no liability whatsoever in the event that you cannot adhere to new promotion times. Should this be the case, the Promoter commits to give notice on its social media channels and website. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  • The Promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other Promoter offer. 
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
  • The Promotion will not form part of ongoing the services offered by the Promoter.
